CDR database

The library's online Web-catalogues are
- 'Monographs' (books, reports etc.)
- 'Articles' (in the main journal's articles)
- and 'Periodicals' (journals holdings)
A search can either be defined to one base at a time or to a 'Full collection'-search. As of medio 2001 the databases count about 65,00 entries (from 1989 - ). About 2,500 new documents and 3,000 articles are added yearly.

The CDR library is the country's largest in the social science disciplines of development studies and numbers (mid 2001) more than 65,000 documents, and about 800 journal-titles, newsletters etc. The collections reflect in much the general research profile of CDR over time as well as the Centre's ongoing research activities. Special strengths of the collections are our holdings on eastern Africa and South Asia. The acquisitions profile aims in addition towards a good coverage of countries and sectors prioritized by Danish international co-operation.
